Factors Affecting Export of Indonesian Cocoa Beans To Malaysia

Indonesia is an agricultural country with many superior export products, including cocoa beans. was once the third-largest producer in world. However, there has been a significant decline quantities of beans recent years. This research aims to analyze factors affecting Indonesian Malaysia using Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The bean commodities recorded this are whole or broken, raw roasted HS code 1801. estimation results show that significantly affect long term include production, price palm oil, and dummy duty policy. On other hand, short production Policy recommendations can be developed increasing productivity by simultaneously carrying out intensification extensification programs, reducing exports form beans, rising processed form.
